Who we are

StanStan is a business of Stan Kaneshige, based in California. This policy covers stanstan.com, its contact form and StanStan orders. Questions go through the contact form.

What we collect

• Contact form: the name, email, mobile number and message you type in. The form is handled by our web host, Netlify.
• Messages: anything you send us.
• Orders: Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, collects your payment details. We receive your name, email address, what you bought and the order status. We never see your full card number.
• Server logs: Netlify keeps standard request logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run and protect the site.

What we don't do

• No analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
• We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't share it for advertising.
• We don't add you to a mailing list.

How we use it

To answer your questions, deliver what you bought, handle refunds and support, and keep the records the law requires for sales.

• Netlify for hosting and the contact form.
• Our email provider, for messages you send us.

How long we keep it

Contact messages are kept as long as needed to answer them and follow up. Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and California residents have these rights under the CCPA. Please use the contact form. We will not treat you differently for asking.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
