Who we are

StanStan is a business of Stan Kaneshige, based in California. You can reach us through the contact form. These terms apply when you buy or use a StanStan product.

Merchant of record

Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy takes the payment, collects and pays any sales tax or VAT, and issues your receipt. Its own buyer terms also apply to the checkout.

What you are buying

StanStan sells digital products, such as printable PDF files. Each product page lists the format, the page count and what the file contains. Prices are shown in US dollars and are one-time payments. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.

Delivery

After payment you get a download link on the confirmation page and in your receipt email. If a link doesn't work, please email us and we will send the file again.

Your license

• You may use the file for yourself and your household, and print as many copies as you need for that use.
• Please don't resell, share or post the file, or pass it off as your own.
• We keep the copyright in every product.

Refunds

You can ask for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. See the refund policy.

No advice, no guarantees

Our products are worksheets and tools for personal use. They are not financial, legal, tax or medical advice. How you use them, and what comes of it, is up to you, and we don't promise any particular result.

Limits on liability

Products are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. The terms in place when you bought a product apply to that purchase.
