Refund policy

30 days, full refund

If a StanStan product isn't right for you, please send us a note through the contact form within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund the full amount. You don't need to give a reason.

How to ask

• Send a note through the contact form.
• Please include the email address you used at checkout, or your order number from the receipt, so we can find the order.
• We reply within two business days.

How the refund is paid

Refunds are issued by hand through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, back to the card or payment method you used. Your bank usually shows the refund within 5 to 10 business days, depending on the bank.

On your card statement

Purchases from StanStan appear as LEMSQZY* on card statements, because Lemon Squeezy processes the payment. If you see a charge you don't recognise, please email us before contacting your bank and we will sort it out.

Digital products

Our products are downloadable files. After a refund, please delete your copy.

Subscriptions

We don't sell subscriptions. Every product is a one-time payment, so there is nothing to cancel.
